My Contribution in Preparing the Next-Generation Leadership of SMC Scouts.

On 23rd August 2025, I spent the morning with the next-generation leadership of our St. Michael’s College Scout Troop who were camping at Mylampavely for a Three-day Leadership Training. As most of them were seniors at the 'Scout Award' and 'Chief Commissioner's Award' ranks, it was great to speak to them on a few elements of leadership and teach them some points from Dale Carnegie. Reminisced my boy-scouts days at SMC as our own trainer and leader Pathmanathan Sir was also present at the event. Thanking Charles, Sharontine and other former troop members for inviting me. It was wonderful to be a part of the troop again and share a wholesome scout breakfast too.
