Wall Paintings in Belfast

These are some of the wall paintings that my camera captured as I walked along this wall on 19th October 2019. It was like going through an entire summary of the world's fight for peace, liberation and independence. Interesting to note is that these paintings are not permanent, but they keep changing according to contexts and realtime struggles in the different parts of the world. In a way, it can be understood as Belfast's expressions of solidarity with the entire world of struggles., as this city itself has been going through various seasons of political unrest and liberation struggles. Once in a while, a walk of closer look would summarise the entire present world fights for different causes.
