That Calmness before the Storm; an Awesome Moment!

            I am an admirer of the 'calmness before the storm'. I have always cherished the fact, that great achievements in life are followed by a moment of contemplation, solitude and self appreciation. I believe, that these moments of self appreciation and self realization are worthy of being experienced, for they lift your self to a level, where a great achievement follows.
            It is an accepted fact, that many of us end up in tears at the end of 'Taare Zameen Par' - (Every Child is Special); a movie by Amir Khan, which goes around telling this little boy Ishaan Awasthi's moments in childhood. Ishaan was struggling with Dyslexia. The movie shows how one of his teachers, helps him to overcome the difficulty by understanding Ishaan's situation. Ishaan was looked as a lazyboy and a troublemaker by many; even his own family.

Listen to this song, "mere maa..";
Ishaan singing, soon after his parents leave him in a boarding school and move away.
He sings, "Am I 'that' bad, maa?"

            What I believe, in this movie is, there was a point of achievement needed in Ishaan's life to get him motivated. Ishaan's teacher who tried to help him, waited for that moment in Ishaan's life; that storm which would change his life. I appreciate, that this was possible when Ishaan made a step towards making use of this chance. This little poor boy, who has been forcefully put into a boarding school and has been struggling throughout his school life with Dyslexia, makes an effort to achieve. That began with one early morning visit to the nearest pond. That moment, when Ishaan wanted to spend some time 'with' himself, 'for' himself, brought a great change in his life.

That moment which I'm talking about; an early morning in Ishaan's life.
           I encourage you too, not to miss such precious moments in your life which will change  your life forever. That moment when you realize, that you are doing something for your self, it has a big impact in your life, and a big achievement which follows. Just check out the movie to see, what happened in Ishaan's life after this moment! Watch the full movie, it is a suspense. I bet, you'll get tears in your eyes at the end of the movie, at the moment when you see what Ishaan could do soon after this awesome moment.
            I strongly recommend that you watch this movie, which is many of our favorite (especially if you are a interested in teaching).

(Watch the full movie here; it is worth watching. So much to learn from it)
