Being a Blessing..

by Ebi

Who said you are not worthy?
No one came to this earth with rainbows of admirers; and no one is going to take any of these rainbow's colours when they leave.

We are souls who travel on a long journey. We carry lovely roses tied as a wreath on our heads. While we travel, we share the roses and also the thorns with the loved ones around us. The pleasant journey takes us from birth, through death and the life after. God being the guide for the journey, is the only one who knows, where the journey began and where it will end.

As you begin to travel, remember, God has a purpose in taking you in this journey. You may see, souls joining in and souls leaving out. Some may travel with you only few miles and many may travel with you thousands of miles. You can be a blessing in their lives, as they journey with you. There will be souls who cannot keep up the speed with the fast moving crowd; you can lend them your helping hand. There will be souls who want to reach the unknown destination in a rush; you can teach them what is patience. There will be the broken souls, bleeding and bleeding as they move on in the journey; you can show them what is "new life". There will be souls who want to give up this challenging and tiring journey; you can be the force which keeps them move. There will be souls having times of sorrows, you can wipe their tears. There will be souls who are blind; you can make them understand the "what is a rainbow". There will be souls who are deaf; you can make them understand "what is music".

One day, the time will come for you to leave the souls journeying with you. When you leave and get down from your horse, stand bare foot and wave good bye to others, you can see many smiling faces, with tears of joy, waving you "good bye" and continuing in their journey..

At that time you will realize, that during your journey you had souls around you, who needed you, and you were a blessing to them..

All the roses and thorns on your head will become your crown, and you will be crowned as a "Blessing".
